Spokane Transit Vanpool requires new potential drivers to obtain a driving record from the Washington State

Department of License. The type of record to request is called a Volunteer Driver record.

You may request a copy of your own driving record 3 ways:

• Request your record and pay on-line: https://fortress.wa.gov/dol/dsdiadr and pay with a MasterCard,

Visa, or American Express credit or debit card (gift cards not accepted).

• Complete a driving record request http://www.dol.wa.gov/forms/500009.pdf

and mail fee to:
