Abuse and Developmental Disability services. Representatives are available 24/7 to assist in
referring and scheduling inpatient or outpatient treatment. Many of the providers to whom they
refer are what many people know as the “Community Service Boards.”

The Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network is a non-profit corporation founded in 1991 by
consumers of state services for mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disease
problems. The GMHCN provides Peer Support, Wellness and Respite Centers in Bartow,
