A final grade of a B or better is required for each course.
Students must maintain a 3.00 or higher for both “Term GPA” and “Cumulative GPA”.
Financial Aid/Student Loans – Graduate students who utilize student loans must maintain a minimum
enrollment of 4.5 credits per quarter.
The Graduate College policy requires students to complete the program within five years of their first
enrollment term.

The mandatory online clinical orientation is a synchronous, one-night information session. This is
not a course for credit.
Nurse Practitioner students are required to take NURS550 Advanced Health Assessment and
Diagnostic Reasoning, the spring quarter immediately preceding the first clinical-based course and
after the completion of the track specific pharmacology course.
Clinical courses require both clinical and didactic coursework. Both clinical and didactic
coursework must be successfully completed to earn a passing grade in the course.
