markets without a 3G network. Technologies include GSM, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, LTE and

them to work from anywhere. The solution must be simple to use, support flexible mobile
working and enable users to access office applications including email and the Internet while
out of the office. Vodafone Mobile Broadband always selects the best broadband connection
and is easy to deploy and simple to use.

Test Safe Play Zone’s users will benefit from simple access to Vodafone Mobile Broadband
through a desktop icon and, the application will automatically search for device and network
connections.

Once connected each user can easily see useful information including connection status and
time, volume of data transferred, signal strength and account information.
Users also have the ability to connect/disconnect or launch applications. Customisation
option, for example shortcuts to common applications and detailed status information is
available through an advanced view.
Automatic selection of the best available
connection providing additional reliability
Test Safe Play Zone will benefit from Vodafone Always Best Connected which enables
Vodafone Mobile Broadband to actively manage all connections available, including LAN and
Wi-Fi/WLAN connections. The application selects and uses the best connection in any
location and enables Vodafone Mobile Broadband to:
Open mobile, Wi-Fi and LAN connections.
Check that the local connection, for example a Wi-Fi hotspot, has access to the Internet
and switch to another connection if the Internet cannot be reached.
Switch between mobile, Wi-Fi and LAN connections, based on defined priorities, to
ensure the best connection is always used.
Take account of applications in use before switching connections, for example, avoid
disrupting a virtual private network (VPN) or secure connection because a better
connection has become available.
If Vodafone Always Best Connected is being used within a corporate network, it can
check if the corporate network can be reached directly and if not start a VPN program
when required.

Enterprise Server, at the centre of our BlackBerry Enterprise Solutions, and your existing IT
applications. The system is fully scalable to accommodate increasing numbers of users.
Out-of-the-box, secure connectivity to Microsoft Exchange, IBM Lotus Notes and GroupWise
email is assured. Emails arrive at each user’s inbox on the device with no need to dial up.

Assumptions and Proprietary
Statements
This proposal is provided subject to the following principles, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
General
The services will be provided under the terms and conditions of Vodafone's
standard Master Services Agreement (MSA) and associated In Country Contracts
(ICCs).
The commencement date of the MSA and ICCs will be agreed with you.
Test Safe Play Zone dependencies in relation to the MSA and ICCs, including
necessary access to Test Safe Play Zone staff, information (including usage),
premises, equipment, internet access and associated facilities, will be fulfilled in a
timely manner.
Subject to successful award of the business Vodafone reserves the right to contract
for the services in the most appropriate and cost effective means that recognises
the value and volume of the business in each territory. Vodafone reserves the right
to amend the terms in a particular territory where such amendment is required by
local law, regulation or working practices.
This proposal has been based on information available to Vodafone at the time of
writing. Should any such information subsequently be found to be incomplete or
incorrect the proposal may be subject to change.
Services may be provided by Vodafone, members of the Vodafone Group, its partner
organisations or individuals or organisations under contract to any of them, at the
discretion of Vodafone.
Our services will be provided on the basis that they will be used in an appropriate
manner, without risk to our network or contravention of any law. You will be
responsible for the actions of your users.
The contents of this proposal are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of
issue.
Commercial
The pricing contained herein is indivisible and applies only to an award of the total
business as set out in this proposal and these assumptions.
The proposal is based on the contract term set out in the proposal.
The proposal has been based on customer provided usage or indicative usage
patterns and assumed commitments, which are subject to due diligence. Should
the usage patterns materially differ to actual usage, or the assumed commitments
not be made, then Vodafone reserves the right to amend the proposal.
Prices quoted are exclusive of any expenses incurred.
Prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, and our standard tax provisions apply.
This proposal is submitted subject to any local legal, regulatory, operational or
other requirements relating to services to be provided in the in scope countries.
Termination of the MSA, ICC and/or a subscription prior to the expiry of the agreed
term will attract an early termination fee.
No coverage improvement schemes or other investments are assumed in relation to
the contemplated locations. In the event that additional coverage and/or
investment is required, we will provide details of the additional terms and charges
which will apply.
Standard invoicing and payment terms apply, including: invoicing of Access Fees in
advance, and other charges in arrears; payment terms of 30 days, with interest to
apply in the event of late payment; suspension of services in the event of
non-payment and/or adjustment to the charges; material non-payment to be
treated as a material breach of contract
Should any of the above assumptions be subsequently found to be inaccurate or
incomplete Vodafone reserves the right to modify any element of the proposal
accordingly.
Status
This proposal is issued by Vodafone Global Enterprise Limited ("Vodafone"). This is
not a legal offer capable of acceptance and is strictly subject to contract. Please note
that services may be provided by other members of the Vodafone Group Plc group of
companies (“Vodafone Group”) and not provided by Vodafone itself. Vodafone is not
authorised to contract on behalf of such other members. The solutions outlined in the
proposal are subject to further commercial, regulatory, legal and tax due diligence
and analysis. This proposal has been prepared to be read as a whole and as such any
changes requested to individual responses may affect other responses or the entire
proposal.

the Confidential Information other than for the purpose set out above.
To ensure that the employees and agents who will be in receipt of this Confidential
Information are made aware of and comply with the provisions of the undertaking
set out herein.
To keep safe all Confidential Information disclosed and on demand to surrender to
Vodafone all documents, notes or memoranda relating to such Confidential
Information, which may be in possession of yourself, your employees or agents.
Not at any time to make or cause to be made any publication of any Confidential
Information, whether written or oral, to the media or any third party, unless
Vodafone gives its prior written consent and to ensure that your agents or
employees do not do so.
